Adan Sprauer is a Vancouver Real estate expert that specializes in Vancouver Westside and Eastside neighbourhoods.

Originally born in Mexico City I arrived in Vancouver at the age of 5 and was raised most of my life in Vancouver, I have been lucky enough to call Stanley Park my backyard for many years.

As a local Vancouver Real estate advisor with a degree in marketing communication and over 10 years of real estate experience I believe the key to success is having the knowledge to perform above what is expected and I have taken a personal commitment over my real estate career to deliver the best possible experience to my clients when it comes to buying or selling a home.

My Passion and drive to succeed and old fashion hard work, combined with the latest technology in Marketing homes has helped our brand establish its roots over the years.

In an ever changing Vancouver real estate market being able to adapt to market condition and the newest real estate technology is an everyday job for us, staying on top of the neighbourhoods we serve and overall Vancouver market is key and studied on a daily basis.

Last but not least, on a more personal note I share with you that I have two little girls waiting for me every day at home and making them proud of daddy’s work and the city they live in is an undertaking that I am committed to everyday.
